Finally set aside time to finish this.
The project was something I thought about a bunch and needed to test how far I could take it.
Unfortunately it isn't there in terms of quality but I did learn a whole bunch of Blender along the way.
While getting stuck in -- I found that each element could easily become a project in itself.
You'll notice here a bunch of Megascan assets being repurposed, leaves/trunk.
As for the tree itself, I hadn't seen something like this created before and think it isn't easily achievable through tools like Speedtree.
In an age where Nanite has become common vernacular, I still am not sold on it for assets like this (anything deformable/interactable).
